Punyu International hotel was founded by the late Mr Jairus Shikale in 1986,Punyu was the first hotel
in Ondangwa,Mr Shikale started doing business in the year 1979 and had associates in windhoek and
south africa who needed accommodation in the northen part of namibia, by the the only hotel was in Oshakati
which is 35km away, Mr shikale then dicided to establish his own Hotel to accommodate his associate and avoid
them communiting from oshakati.
